Description: Three thousand five hundred twenty-six flowers on eighty-two inflorescences; a leafless epiphyte with a symmetrical crown of roots, 34 cm horizontal by 63 cm vertical, growing in a 15 cm wood basket; flower bell-shaped; sepals and petals white; lip white with dark-russet basal spots; anther cap yellow; substance firm; texture crystalline.
